Please arrange to have official transcripts from previous college and university work sent directly to you. Please arrange for two letters of recommendation to be sent directly to you. These letters are generally from a supervisor or high-level colleague. Please include a copy of your current resume. Once you have these documents, please forward them together to the admininstrative director at the address above. The final step to admission is a personal interview with one of the program co-directors to discuss career objectives and to make sure your objectives fit the goals of the program to which you apply.
