ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for admission you must have:

1. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
2. A minimum of three years work experience

WHEN TO APPLY
Because class size is limited, it is advisable to apply as early as possible. The MOT-IM programs admit students for the Fall Semester only, which begins in September.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
The Executive Master's Degree Program uses an admission process called Self-Managed Application (SMA). Applicants must gather the materials required by the program and forward them in a single envelope to:

HOW TO APPLY AND REQUIRED MATERIALS

1. Please complete the online application or download the PDF version of the MOT-IM application. You may also request an application from the administrative director.
2. Enclose a $55 non-refundable application fee. Make your check payable to "Polytechnic Institute of NYU."
3. Please ask the registrar at all colleges and universities you attended to send official transcripts directly to you. In order for them to remain official, they must be sealed in the original envelope. Opened transcripts are not considered official.
4. Please arrange for two (2) letters of recommendation to be sent directly to you. As with transcripts, to be considered official, recommendations must be sent directly from the recommender to the applicant unopened. Use the enclosed forms for this purpose. Write your name at the top, sign the waiver if you wish and give one form and one of the enclosed envelopes to each person writing in support of your application.
5. Attach a copy of your professional resume.
6. After we have received all necessary materials, we will invite you for a personal interview.
7. We will notify you of our admissions decision within two weeks of the interview.
